| (04) | Seller issue Draft contract to buyer |
| 賣家發出草約電子檔給買家 | |
| (05) | Buyer sign and return Draft contract to Seller |
| 買家於草約上簽章及擲回給賣家 | |
| (06) | Seller pay and secure pipline allocation for transportation of the product |
| 賣方先行墊款並取得油品輸送管道之權利以裨益輸送油品 | |
| (07) | Buyer's and Seller's banks communicate and agree on the final wording of DL/C |
| 買賣雙方銀行進行溝通並同意跟單信用證上的最後措辭 | |
| (08) | Buyer send standby letter of credit or agreed DLC to seller bank |
| 買家傳送發出擔保信用證或者是已被接受同意的跟單信用證給賣家銀行 | |
| (09) | Seller's bank issue to buyer's bank the proof of product(POP)，the 2% PB will be placed in buyer's bank account to activate buyer's financial instrument. If the seller fail to supply the cargo of the product， this 2% will be paid to the buyer and intermediaries accordingly as compensation. |
| 賣方的銀行發出「供貨證明(POP)」給買家的銀行，2%的屐約保函將繳交至買家的銀行帳戶， 以啟動買家的金融支付工具．假如賣方無法有效供貨，此2%的屐約保函將予以支付給買家及 中間協助人士以作為補償 | |
| (10) | The SGS inspection charges will be borne by the seller. |
| SGS的檢驗費用將由賣家負擔 | |
| (11) | Shipment commence as per contract. |
